ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATION

IN – HOUSE TRAINING:

Regular In-House training programs are conducted for Security and Facility staff, On Job Training for Guards and Facility Staff is organized in respective location by Field Executives, Training Instructor and supervisors.

The Subjects normally covered are as given below:

  • Security & Facility staff Functions in general as per the SOP.

  • First Aid.

  • Fire Fighting.

  • Telephone Manners & General Communications.

  • Awareness on Electronic Surveillance Equipments.

  • Motivation and Man Management.

  • Contingency drills for emergencies, And Self-defense and mass handling.

     

    OUR QUALITATIVE REQUIREMENT OF SECURITY STAFF

    At the time of recruitment in “Professional Securitas” we have set the following basic qualitative requirements as a criterion

    (a)  Minimum education qualification – should be Matriculation.

    (b) Should speak at least two languages in addition to his / her mother tongue.

    (c) Should be physically fit.

    (d) Our Security Guards are normally below 50 years of age and Supervising Staff preferably in the age bracket of 30 years to 58 years.

     

    OUR COMMITMENTS:

    1. VISIT DETAILS OF THE UNITS
      • Weekly thrice visit during day time by our Field Executives.
      • Night checking by Night Duty Officer twice in a week.
      • Everyday collecting status and feedback through WhatsApp/on phone directly from office.
      • Monthly once collecting feedback personally from client or the site manager and acting upon the feedback.
    1. UNIT LEVEL INDUCTION TRAINING FOR SECURITY & FACILITY STAFF.
    • Conducting monthly once refresher training for Security & Facility Personnel to improve their knowledge in their day to day duties.
    • Periodically on the clients requirements conducting training and checking activities on the staff duties & responsibilities.
    1. MONTHLY REPORT ABOUT SECURITY & FACILITY ACTIVITIES
    • Professional Securitas will submit a monthly report about Security & Facility Activities, Observations and Suggestions if any, to improve the quality of services.
    • Professional Securitas will handover one set of all the staff ID & address proof documents for the client reference.
    • Professional Securitas provide ID cards with Tag, proper Uniform, seasonal cloths, torch light & Batton, to all the staff.
    1. CHECK LIST
    • Our supervisors will submit all types of Check list like daily, weekly and monthly reports about Security & Facility activities.

    Our supervisors will collect ID & Address proof of all the contract and sub-contract personnel working in the unit and handover the same to the site manager for security reasons.
